Refund Policy

We want you to feel great about your blueprint. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.

Our promise

No customer is ever charged without a delivered report. If your report fails to generate, we either retry it or automatically refund you.

If something went wrong

  • Your report didn’t generate or arrived incomplete.
  • The analysis clearly didn’t match the photos you provided.
  • You were charged more than once for the same report.

In these cases, contact uswithin 14 days and we’ll make it right — typically a re-generation or a full refund.

Digital product note

Because each report is a personalized digital product generated on purchase, we handle refunds case by case rather than offering blanket change-of-mind returns. We’re reasonable — reach out.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
