These terms govern your use of ToneLala. By creating an account or purchasing a report, you agree to them.

The service

ToneLala produces a personalized style report from photos and quiz answers you provide. The report is informational style guidance for personal use. It is not professional, medical, or dermatological advice.

Eligibility & your content

You must be at least 18 years old and upload only photos of yourself that you have the right to use. You retain ownership of your photos; you grant us a limited license to process them solely to generate your report.

Payment

A report costs $29 as a one-time payment processed by Stripe. We begin generating your report only after payment is confirmed.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload photos of other people without their consent.
• Do not attempt to misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Do not resell reports as your own professional service.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee— if you’re not satisfied with your report, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. You can also ask us to regenerate your report from new photos (a small additional fee may apply for a fresh report). See our Refund Policy for full details.

Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, ToneLala is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from style guidance.
